## Can a member of the public buy a .ch here?

Its own page offers .ch, but on 2026-10-21 it printed no .ch price with its VAT treatment that this site could read, so it is listed on the Switzerland page as read and not ranked.

## Why it is not ranked

Only a limited-time from-price for domains in general (ab CHF 4.90 / Jahr instead of ab CHF 14.90, including VAT) is printed, not a .ch price.

## Namespaces on its own page

.ch

## What its page printed

> "statt ab CHF 14.90 ab CHF 4.90 / Jahr" beside "Endungen wie .ch, .swiss und vielen weiteren"; "Preise inkl. MwSt. Angebote sind nur für begrenzte Zeit gültig".

## Not tested by this site

No support test, no transfer test and no uptime measurement: no score and no quality ranking. Everything above is the registry's published record or a dated quote from the registrar's own page.

## FAQ

### Is METANET accredited to sell .ch?

Yes. METANET is on the accredited-registrar list SWITCH publishes, read on 2026-09-20. Accreditation means the registry permits it to sell the namespace; it does not by itself mean the registrar retails .ch to the public, which is what the storefront read establishes.

### What does METANET charge for a .ch domain?

Its page offers .ch, but on 2026-10-21 it printed no .ch price with its VAT treatment that this site could read: Only a limited-time from-price for domains in general (ab CHF 4.90 / Jahr instead of ab CHF 14.90, including VAT) is printed, not a .ch price.

### Has this site tested METANET?

No. We have run no support test, no transfer test and no uptime measurement on METANET, so it carries no score and appears in no quality ranking. The .ch ranking on the Switzerland page orders registrars by one printed price only.
