What its page printed

Price list: ".com.bd BDT. 1,100 / year"; for .bd "Registration Cost For 1 Year ৳1,280" and "Renew Cost For 1 Year ৳1,600"; "Please note that all prices are subject to a 15% VAT added to the base price."

Read from https://www.alpha.net.bd/Domains/.bd/ on 2026-09-29. A storefront read establishes the language, the currency and the figure the page printed that day. It does not establish support quality, uptime or what a renewal will cost next year.

Why it is on the Bangladesh page

Its own page offers .com.bd registration ("an authorized reseller of the BTCL Domain Registry")

How the Bangladesh storefronts were read

BTCL's site could not be reached, so six Bangladeshi sellers that offer .bd on their own pages were tried. Alpha Net prints .com.bd at BDT 1,100 a year with 15% VAT added; Limda Host and ExonHost price in dollars and XeonBD prints no .com.bd price. Web Host BD answered with a human-verification wall and Dhakacom with HTTP 502. The market's other large sellers were not reached in this pass.

FAQ

Is Alpha Net accredited to sell .com.bd?
BTCL publishes no accredited list this site could read, so accreditation could not be checked. Its own page offers .com.bd registration ("an authorized reseller of the BTCL Domain Registry")
What does Alpha Net charge for a .com.bd domain?
On 2026-09-29 its own page printed BDT 1,265.00 incl. VAT, computed from BDT 1,100.00 ex. VAT. That is the registrar's quote on one date, with the VAT treatment the page stated, not a price this site verified through its pricing pipeline.
Has this site tested Alpha Net?
No. We have run no support test, no transfer test and no uptime measurement on Alpha Net, so it carries no score and appears in no quality ranking. The .com.bd ranking on the Bangladesh page orders registrars by one printed price only.
