WebReus B.V.

Can a member of the public buy a .be here?

Yes, on the evidence of its own storefront: a Dutch interface, .be among the namespaces offered, and a EUR price printed with its VAT treatment on 2026-10-15.

.be

What its page printed

"Nieuwe Domeinnamen": ".be €9.99 1 JR"; "Alle vermelde prijzen zijn inclusief BTW." (Dutch VAT, 21%, the same rate as Belgium's).

Read from https://www.webreus.nl/index.php?topmenu=Home&submenu=Domeinnamen on 2026-10-15. A storefront read establishes the language, the currency and the figure the page printed that day. It does not establish support quality, uptime or what a renewal will cost next year.

How the Belgium storefronts were read

Twelve storefronts from DNS Belgium's list of 221 registrars (219 of them for .be) plus Hostinger's and GoDaddy's Belgian storefronts were opened in a real browser on 2026-09-29. Nomeo and GoDaddy returned HTTP 403, OVHcloud has no Belgian page at the addresses tried, and Flanders Webhost, domainnames.be, Teleweb and DomainMasters printed no .be price. Five pages printed a .be price in euros, all excluding btw/TVA. On 2026-10-15 the remaining 204 registrars on DNS Belgium's list that publish a website were opened, so every registrar on the list with a published website has now been tried: 169 were read, 35 could not be, and 21 more print a comparable .be price.
