Can a member of the public buy a .hr here?

Its own page offers .hr through a Croatian storefront, but on 2026-10-20 it printed no .hr price with its VAT treatment that this site could read, so it is listed on the Croatia page as read and not ranked.

The browser rejected the certificate of www.regica.hr (ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID); the page was read at www.regica.net with certificate checks set aside. Homepage "REGica.NET - Registracija domene - Provjera domene". .hr appears: "Unesite naziv domene bez ekstenzije (.com, .hr, ...) čiju dostupnost želite provjeriti."; no EUR figure within two lines of it.

How the Croatia storefronts were read

Ten Croatian registrars from CARNET's list of 30 were opened on 2026-09-29, plus Hostinger's Croatian page; three print a paid .hr price with PDV (VAT) wording and are ranked, between 50,15 EUR without PDV and 73,40 EUR with PDV a year. cyber_Folks prints its table under a PDV switch and BudiOnline without tax wording; Regica answered 502, Extreme Hosting 405, and ExaByte and TOTOHOST print no .hr price. Domenca (Webtasy) serves a Slovenian storefront. On 2026-10-14 the remaining 20 registrars on CARNET's list that publish a website were opened, so every registrar on the list with a published website has now been tried: 18 were read, 2 could not be, and 3 more print a comparable .hr price. On 2026-10-20 the 4 storefronts that could not be read were opened again in a browser that waits longer for pages built by script, reads framed pages and follows a redirect from plain http to https: 3 were read this time, 1 still could not be, and none of those read prints a comparable .hr price.
