Domainli
Securest Ltd.
Accredited by Israel Internet AssociationSells .co.il to the public
Can a member of the public buy a .co.il here?
Yes, on the evidence of its own storefront: a Hebrew interface, a shekel price, and .co.il among the namespaces offered.
Namespaces on its own page
.co.il.org.il.net.il.ac.il
What its page printed
"100 שח לפני מעמ (118 שח כולל)" (100 shekels before VAT, 118 including). The page lists co.il, org.il, net.il, ac.il and a fifth written "mun.il".
A read establishes what one page showed on one day. It is not a test of the registrar, its support, its uptime or its transfer process, and this site has run no such test on any of them.
.co.il price on its own page
₪118 a year including VAT, as printed on 2026-09-28. The page does not state what renewal costs.

How it describes itself
Describes itself as an authorised registrar for Israeli domain names under the Israel Internet Association, trading as Domainli and operated by Securest Ltd.
What we noticed
The fifth entry on its list is printed "mun.il". ISOC-IL's municipal namespace is .muni.il, so this is recorded as the page's own spelling and NOT added to the namespace list, because a namespace that does not exist cannot be sold.
