Can a member of the public buy a .co.il here?
Not established. That is not a No: it means at least one of the three things (Hebrew storefront, shekel pricing, .co.il offered) was not found on the page we read.
Namespaces on its own page
English only. The page names OpenSRS, Enom, Ascio, Hover and Exact Hosting as its brands and directs a visitor to "find your Domain Provider" rather than selling directly. No mention of .il or Israel.
What its page printed

A read establishes what one page showed on one day. It is not a test of the registrar, its support, its uptime or its transfer process, and this site has run no such test on any of them.
How it describes itself
Presents itself as the parent of several registrar and hosting brands rather than as a retail registrar.
What we noticed
Accredited by ISOC-IL and genuinely not where a member of the public buys a .co.il. Worth stating rather than listing it beside the Hebrew storefronts as if it were one: a reader following this name would land on a page that does not sell them a domain. Hover, one of its brands, is tracked separately on this site.
