Can a member of the public buy a .it here?

Its own page offers .it through a Italian storefront, but on 2026-10-15 it printed no .it price with its VAT treatment that this site could read, so it is listed on the Italy page as read and not ranked.

Why it is not ranked

How the Italy storefronts were read

Registro.it's list of 893 accredited registrars was read in full on 2026-09-29 (36 result pages, with each registrar's own page for its website); the list prints registrar handles such as ARUBA-REG, not company names. Ten storefronts from it plus the IONOS, Hostinger and GoDaddy Italian storefronts were opened in a real browser: Netsons and GoDaddy returned HTTP 403, Serverplan printed no .it price, and Gandi's /it/ address served an English page priced for France. Four pages printed a .it price in euros with its tax treatment, all + IVA; Aruba, Register.it, Keliweb, Shellrent and DominiOK print .it figures without tax wording or without a regular price. On 2026-10-15 the remaining 818 registrars on Registro .it's list that publish a website were opened, so every registrar on the list with a published website has now been tried: 652 were read, 166 could not be, and 8 more print a comparable .it price.

FAQ

Is ARUBA2-REG accredited to sell .it?

Yes. ARUBA2-REG is on the accredited-registrar list Registro.it publishes, read on 2026-09-29. Accreditation means the registry permits it to sell the namespace; it does not by itself mean the registrar retails .it to the public, which is what the storefront read establishes.

What does ARUBA2-REG charge for a .it domain?

Its page offers .it, but on 2026-10-15 it printed no .it price with its VAT treatment that this site could read: .it appears on the pages read, but no figure in EUR is printed beside it.

Has this site tested ARUBA2-REG?

No. We have run no support test, no transfer test and no uptime measurement on ARUBA2-REG, so it carries no score and appears in no quality ranking. The .it ranking on the Italy page orders registrars by one printed price only.
