How the Italy storefronts were read

Registro.it's list of 893 accredited registrars was read in full on 2026-09-29 (36 result pages, with each registrar's own page for its website); the list prints registrar handles such as ARUBA-REG, not company names. Ten storefronts from it plus the IONOS, Hostinger and GoDaddy Italian storefronts were opened in a real browser: Netsons and GoDaddy returned HTTP 403, Serverplan printed no .it price, and Gandi's /it/ address served an English page priced for France. Four pages printed a .it price in euros with its tax treatment, all + IVA; Aruba, Register.it, Keliweb, Shellrent and DominiOK print .it figures without tax wording or without a regular price. On 2026-10-15 the remaining 818 registrars on Registro .it's list that publish a website were opened, so every registrar on the list with a published website has now been tried: 652 were read, 166 could not be, and 8 more print a comparable .it price.
