Read from https://www.ovhcloud.com/pt/domains/tld/pt/ on 2026-09-29. A storefront read establishes the language, the currency and the figure the page printed that day. It does not establish support quality, uptime or what a renewal will cost next year.

How the Portugal storefronts were read

Eleven storefronts from DNS.PT's list of 108 registrars (seven pages, read in full on 2026-09-29) plus Hostinger's Portuguese storefront were opened in a real browser. PTisp returned HTTP 502, and dominios.pt, Webtuga and Lusoaloja printed no .pt price; PTServidor and WebHS print prices beside an IVA switch whose state is not stated. Three pages printed a .pt price in euros with its tax treatment, all excluding IVA. On 2026-10-15 the remaining 85 registrars on DNS.PT's list that publish a website were opened, so every registrar on the list with a published website has now been tried: 75 were read, 10 could not be, and 1 more prints a comparable .pt price.

FAQ

Is OVHcloud accredited to sell .pt?
Yes. OVHcloud is on the accredited-registrar list DNS.PT publishes, read on 2026-09-29. Accreditation means the registry permits it to sell the namespace; it does not by itself mean the registrar retails .pt to the public, which is what the storefront read establishes.
What does OVHcloud charge for a .pt domain?
On 2026-09-29 its own page printed €16.47 incl. VAT, computed from €13.39 ex. VAT. That is the registrar's quote on one date, with the VAT treatment the page stated, not a price this site verified through its pricing pipeline.
Has this site tested OVHcloud?
No. We have run no support test, no transfer test and no uptime measurement on OVHcloud, so it carries no score and appears in no quality ranking. The .pt ranking on the Portugal page orders registrars by one printed price only.
