Can a member of the public buy a .tw here?
Its own page offers .tw through a Chinese storefront, but on 2026-09-29 it printed no .tw price with its VAT treatment that this site could read, so it is listed on the Taiwan page as read and not ranked.
Why it is not ranked
The page prints $800 元 for one year with no currency code (a bare $ with 元) and no tax treatment.

What its page printed
泛用型英文.tw 管理費 定價: 1 年期 $800 元, 2 年期 $1,600 元; no currency code and no tax wording.
Read from https://rs.seed.net.tw/twenglish.html on 2026-09-29. A storefront read establishes the language, the currency and the figure the page printed that day. It does not establish support quality, uptime or what a renewal will cost next year.
How the Taiwan storefronts were read
Ten of the 18 受理註冊機構 on TWNIC's list were opened in a real browser, the Taiwanese retailers plus Gandi's Traditional Chinese storefront. Eight were read; Net-Chinese returned HTTP 502 and CloudMax a bot check. Only Gandi prints its .tw price in TWD with its tax treatment (taxes included); the local sites print NT$ or bare $ figures with no 含稅 or 未稅 wording. On 2026-10-14 the remaining 7 registrars on TWNIC's list that publish a website were opened, so every registrar on the list with a published website has now been tried: 7 were read, 0 could not be, and 0 more print a comparable .tw price.
