How the Ukraine storefronts were read

Ten Ukrainian registrars from Hostmaster's list of 131 active .UA registrars were opened on 2026-09-29, plus Hostinger's Ukrainian page. Six print a .com.ua price, between 499 and 742.70 UAH a year (Хостінг Україна in euros), but none states whether the price includes ПДВ (VAT), so none is ranked. Hosting.UA returned 404 and Register.ua 502. Hostmaster administers both .UA and com.ua; the list read is its registrar list. On 2026-10-15 the remaining 121 registrars on Hostmaster's list that publish a website were opened, so every registrar on the list with a published website has now been tried: 93 were read, 28 could not be, and 2 more print a comparable .com.ua price. On 2026-10-20/21 the 30 storefronts that could not be read were opened again in a browser that waits longer for pages built by script, reads framed pages and follows a redirect from plain http to https: 15 were read this time, 15 still could not be, and none of those read prints a comparable .com.ua price.
